Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in our sales organization. Your main responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients who could benefit from our solutions. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute strategic outreach efforts, serving as the first point of contact for many of our prospects. This role is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a high-growth environment, build your sales skills, and grow within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and initiate outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, qualify their interest, and assess their fit for our products.
  • Pipeline Management: Schedule meetings and demos for the Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handoff and positive experience for the prospect.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with Account Executives to refine messaging, align on strategies, and achieve sales goals. Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record and track all prospecting activities in our CRM system, ensuring high-quality data for the team.
  • Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends, company offerings, and competitor products to refine your pitch and prospecting approach.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a pipeline of prospects effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented: Comfortable with high-volume outreach and driven to exceed targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) is a plus.
